PCLM Posada
¡Feliz Navidad!
Employees of Carnísimo, Rancho Agua Viva, and Carnísimo Burgers and their families gathered in the patio of Carnísimo Burgers for the annual company Posada (a Mexican Christmas Party). The occasion also allowed the group to have a farewell for Joel and Kristi Leman and a retirement celebration for Don Cesar.
The evening began with a meal organized by Andy and Erin Ott. Tacos de Carne Asada with all of the fixings were enjoyed. Following the meal, speeches were made by Joel and Don Cesar. Joel, a HC missionary, shared his highlights from his 13 years in Mexico and 6 years with PCLM and Don Cesar, an employee of 5 years, reflected on his time working with the company. Because of the close relationships and vast experiences working with PCLM, the speeches touched each one. The years of personally investing in people and the businesses have had a significant impact!

After the speeches, Jonathan Aupperle gave a brief overview of the year 2020, Duane Wulf prepared a game for the employees to take part in, cake was served by Claudia, and Karolina handed out bags of candy to the kids. The night finished up with a video that highlighted the past decade of PCLM’s presence in Magdalena from 2010 to 2020.
