CARNÍSIMO “Super Meat”

Upon entering the Carnísimo Burgers restaurant located in Magdalena de Kino, Sonora, Mexico, one will notice the retail meat freezer offering various meat products for purchase. The retail freezer stocks ground beef, steak taco meat, smoked sausages, bulk pork sausage, bacon, chorizo, and sliced ham all available for a grab-and-go sale. These quality, value-added meat products are made at the Carnísimo meat plant facility. One full-time employee and a HarvestCall missionary work together to take raw meats from various meat suppliers and add spices, marinades, or cheeses to create the final product that is vacuum-sealed for long-lasting freshness.
